My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Brač is an  island in the Croatian part of the Adriatic coast, specifically in Dalmatia. Surface  395.5 km², population 14.500. Brac can be reached by ferry from Split. Ferry  ride  lasts about an hour, with a beautiful view ahead on other islands- Solta, Ciovo, Hvar, and  Vis in the distance, and the beautiful costline behind .The  journey never passes without an escort of seagulls.
