Today I spent some time in Kowloon, I made the mistake of taking the MTR to Kowloon instead of Tsim Sha Tsui. I then made the mistake of deciding to walk to the waterfront instead of retracing my journey on the MTR ! The heat was terrible and with the high humidity, by the time I got to the waterfront, I looked like I had been on a two week hike through the juingle !
The causeway has views on to the HK skyline and the Avenue of the Stars is a good place to take in the view.
I then took a Star ferry over to Central and joined a harbour cruise. The cruise was an hour and covered the time that they do the daily harbour light show. The light show was a bit of an anti-climax, but the tour was good. ( http://www.starferry.com.hk/harbourtour/en_index.asp )
