My name is Dana Bowen. I am a recent journalism grad, just trying to put my name out there as a writer. I write for free for a fashion website Englave.com along with my fashion blog. It's obvious from the publications I write for, style is an important subject to me. My wardrobe is full of dresses and skirts as I am all about femininity. I like to live every day as if it's the 1920's or '40's because I adore the classic femininity of those times.
Outside of my obvious love of writing, fashion and travel, I am an avid reader of anything that is considered a classic novel or historical fiction. I love learning about the world and what brought us where we are today. I am a lover of both seeing and making art. I enjoy drawing and painting. What started out as a joke present for my brother-in-law, has now turned into a series of abstract paintings of cats, so I suppose that has accidentally become my specialty alongside painting sceneries.
My dream has always been to live in France and I hope to make that dream a reality within the next five years.
