The team leader radios in details of their first combat simulation. Team leaders are expected to keep their superiors up to date on the details of the combat senario including any casualties and their ammo and water supplies.

Cadets wait in the woods at Joint Base Lewis-McChord during a combat training on the live fire range. Cadets are put through combat scenarios with live amo and distractions like smoke bombs but are expected to move, communicate and work as a team

Alpha team Cadets lead their team across a field at the live fire combat training course. Cadets are expected to move as if they are on the front lines of combat. That means running low, diving and rolling their way across open areas.
