I started working as a producer of documentaries for AlJazeera, but later decided to launch my own website www.mydubaimycity.com, telling the stories of the people of the city of Dubai.
I am a nomad, Ive always loved to travel, and have moved over 15 times in my 33 years on this planet.
Born in Beirut, moved to Saudi Arabia right after my birth, grew up in Dubai, then moved to Montreal, then to Albany, then to New York city, traveling is in my blood.
However, beyond just traveling, opening people's horizons through documentaries has always been something that I was interested in.
Documentaries make the world seem like a small village, as through a documentary you manage to connect people to others, taking away prejudice and taboos and preconceptions people might have about the unknown.
