This Ox looked directly at me, or maybe it was gazing at my water bottle. It was midday, I was walking in middle of the "pampa guanacasteca" . (easily, it can reach the 40°C)
This was some kilometers east, from the center of Sardinal Village in Guanacaste. It was dry season, and the creek which crossed its farm was dry... Some kilometers away, not very far, the golf courts of Papagayo Resort were green thanks to the full capacity of their irrigation systems
