From Russia with creativity

I'm working with non-professional filmmakers and I often see how much they do in order to achieve good results. They understand and they are eager to develop themsleves in order to achieve good results. Their are doing outfit by themselves, learn how to compose and record music, and I have also passed through it. My ambition is to learn international experience, to see how films are percepted and what can be done in order to improve our films. I want to see how we can get understanding of our works and what I and my colleagues can change and develop in ourselves. It would mean what our voice can be heard and all what we are doing is not in vain.
