A Look Into A Child's World During The University of Alabama Football Tailgating: Holding On Tight

My Scholarship entry - Alabama Children and Holding Hands

My name is Cora Lindhom. I recently studied abroad in Newcastle, Australia and I graduate from The University of Alabama December 2014. My life revolves around story telling photography, and in order for me to reach my full potential as a photographer and unleash what I was born to do, I need a proper mentor. All I need is a unique opportunity to learn and grow. My ultimate goal in life is to work for National Geographic myself. I fell in love with photography because it’s a powerful link between cultures and people, breaking down the most common conflict of miscommunication. I am a well rounded, understanding individual who is resilient enough to travel the world and take risks in order to gain valuable perspectives. I would be a compatible traveler because I am enthusiastic and positive, never letting a challenge bring me down, but instead accepting it with determination and poise. By being a strong self-advocate, I pick a goal and I stick to it, working hard every step of the way. I have studied in Japan, Australia, Italy, and Greece. I am a kaleidoscope of perspectives. I am neither team Canon nor Nikon, instead I understand and love every aspects of both. Thank you!
