The Camino puts us at one with nature. We are not alone in this world; we must tred lightly to minimise our impact. In this photo, we move ever so slowly and quietly so as to not disturb the cattle grazing in the field. We have entered the cattle's territory and we must respect that.

Being a pilgrim is a way of life. There is a true sense of camaraderie between fellow pilgrims along the Camino. You become a part of history, joining the many people who have walked the religious pilgrimage over the last two thousand years. Everyone shares a goal, to reach the city of Santiago, and every step forward takes you just a little closer.

Watching the sun rise every morning whilst walking the Camino makes the early starts and the chill in the air all the more worth it. The sun rise brings with it endless possibilities for the day. It is a new day, anything can happen. And on the Camino, anything is possible.
