Cineasta 81 - Diário de bordo Travel diary from Gustavo Serrate, a journalist and filmmaker from Brasil

I love filmming, i love to travel. At this moment I am making a fictional serie called "Domingo" ("Sunday"). It's a serie about simple sunday moments. I will film the entire serie in 16 episodes. I am also filming a documentary about the youth in my city. To make a documentary is a way to discover the profundity of life. Even if I have no resources, (it's the case until now) I'll keep the productions, because, like said the poet, Fernado Pessoa: "To live is not needed. To create is needed".
I want to discover another countries, another realities. I want to discover not only the diferences between cultures, but the similarities. There's nothing I like more than travel and filming.
