Just outside of San Francisco, 'Sam' smokes a marijuana ciggarette in front of a cafe on Telegraph St. in Berkley, CA. "It's just become such a part of the culture and every day life here. Sure you kinda have to look our for the cops if you dont have a [medicinal marijuana identification] card, but people smoke on the street all the time" she said in regards to the issue.
Berkley is home to the University of California's Berkley campus, which is well known for it's association with the cannabis movement.
