By far, the best thing about yesterday was having dinner and drinking a famous Singapore Sling in Raffles Hotel. We took two bus tours around Singapore yesterday, from north to south and then from east to west. It's a lovely city. We were hungry after our sightseeing and thought, "why not have dinner in the famous Raffles Hotel, it is our honeymoon!" What a great idea, the hotel is really beautiful. We ate in The Longbar Steakhouse. The steak was just delicious, we both agreed it was among the best steak we had ever eaten, and the side orders of vegetables and potatoes were fabulous too. After dinner, we had a Singapore Sling in the hotel's Long Bar where the drink was created. It was really the perfect evening.
