I had never took any class of photography; al my 18 years old my cousin show me the basics to take pictures. Since that moment that I start shooting my camera I knew this is for what I borned. Even, in my crazy mind I believe that in other life I lived with my camera in my hands all the time shooting 24/7.
In 2004 I had the opportunity to study and travel in Spain. Opportunity that gave me the chance to travel in Europe and Morocco making backpacking. My only interest was "walking & shooting my camera" capping the culture and the essence of every moment. Waiting for the right shoot. Waiting for the next day and night to make the same thing over and over. Just my camera and me.
Those pictures and images now are my treasure. They gave my money back when I sold some copies in the RETIRO, Madrid to the tourism in the streets. What I most loved when I sold those pictures was having the opportunity of met new people and know the perspective of them about the image I got. Now I close my eyes and imagine that those photographs are in many places in many countries sharing my point of view that I got in one unique moment.
now I have my family. Good to know that my photographs helped me to make my wife fall in love with me.. jaaa. Now I love to be father, housband and work at my business. But every day I beg to god to have an opportunity to make what I most love in the life. Travel, walking and capture moments with my camera.
I always said that if I haven't found my beautiful wife; I would take my camera, a little of money to travel as a backpacker and take photos.
