No more red dirt

Lima to Arequipa

We ended up having lunch at the monastery. I half opened my bottle of sprite (released the pressure but didn't open it properly) then left it for a few moments. We then noticed that the lemonade was starting to freeze from the top of the bottle to the base. It was very strange. When I poured it into my glass icy lumps of lemonade came out.

We think it might have been stored in a very cold place under some pressure...but if anyone else has a good explanation?
