My Scholarship entry - Road trip in the natural beauty

Do you know that quote of Joseph Conrad: ”How do I explain to my wife that when I look out the window I'm working” ?
Since I was a child I always looked out the window, I think it was my way to escape of something. I watched, I thought, and then I wrote: stories that I invented, a imaginary world that lived and took shape inside my mind.
Was beautiful, but also frustrating, because I lived in a fantasy world.
When I was around 20 years old I discovered photography and with time the camera it become my window to the world.
Now through the lens-window I see real things, no longer imaginary.
I discover that there is nothing more fantastic than reality in which we live.
Travelling I discovered that there are so many stories to tell that you do not need to imagine, we only need to explore the world.
