Last week I had the privilege of meeting up with a very old friend. I used to work with Bilal in Virginia in 1997 and after many years of lack of contact we reconnected on good ol' facebook! As it turns out, he and his family live in San Jose, about 4 hours drive from Redding. What an amazing opportunity to catch up on old friendships - and walk on a beach again :-)
I returned to Redding only to leave on another amazing trip to Valparaiso, Indiana with Kris Vallotton and a team of 2nd year students. It was an amazing conference with Kris being his best mind blowing self. We even had the opportunity to call out people from the front and prophesy over them. That's fun at its best! We had to get up at 1:30am (Redding time)this morning to catch our flight from Chicago. Yawn!! Its been a loooong day. And tomorrow is the first day of 2nd year. Its the start of a whole new season. What new adventures await?
