Today I went on my second 'treasure hunt'. We found quite a few people on our treasure list. I prayed for a woman with 'blue shoes' in a grocery store . She was very eager to receive prayer for bronchitis for herself and her husband. That was a positive experience for my first 'treasure' find. Our group went back to a store where we'd prayed for one of the owners a few weeks ago. She told us that she'd had no back pain since she was prayed for. And if that wasn't encouraging enough, she said her perspective on life has changed completely since she met us and she feels so full of life. That's the beauty of the presence of God :-)
On another note...today there were great testimonies of financial breakthrough. Kia, the school admin person, handed out money that was given anoymously to bethel for specific students. There were students standing all over the room who'd received some money. Some received as much as $3000. That's amazing to me. I watch students who have a few days to pay their rent or have another tuition payment to make and have no money. Then again and again, money comes from somewhere. One student stuck his hand in his bag to pull out a book, and pulled out 10 $100 bills. Where'd it come from? Good question...
