On its way to a waterhole where a fresh lion kill awaits, this zebra is intent on getting one more drink before nightfall, a dangerous time in Etosha National Park, Namibia. Its alert demeanor betrays its apprehension.

This lioness was hungrily surveying a herd of wildebeest behind us. We were late for our camp's gate closure so we were forced to miss the hunt.
