“The core of mans spirit comes from new experiences.” I live my life by this quote. I promise you will not find anybody else with the passion for adventure that I have. Photography is my way of showing others the wonders that are left in this world, and I want to show everyone. Everything I know about capturing a shot I’ve taught myself. From online tutorials to simple trial and error, I’ve spent many hours just sitting in my room taking pictures of random objects on different settings and in different lighting to see what works the best. I know by getting this scholarship I will learn a lot about photograph, way faster then I could by just sitting in my room. Photography is my addiction and the sound of a shutter closing is my high, I want to learn everything I can about capturing the perfect shot and sharing it with the world. I know most people go about their routines, day by day living their lives not knowing what else is out there. I want to be able to show people that there is still magic within nature, within far away cultures, and within the world. A single picture can inspire the world, can give them hope, and can show them the wonder of the not so ordinary and that is what I want to do with my photos. I am willing to get dirty, sweaty, cut up and tired to acquire that one elusive shot that can inspire and change the world.
