My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Travel is a journey of a man’s senses. Man can think past & future in pics, proving that images are embedded in his brain. So a photographer may has this ability more “intense” that creates his desire. Working from Athens GR, with an MBA, I organise events, do online marketing research and help friends in their international projects-as a photographer or a volunteer. That desire to offer helped me in travelling to app. 20 countries & 4 continents.
I firstly took photographs because I liked to play with the light & create pictures that can stay in memory. Natural, festivals & daily life moment pics suit me more.
Secondly, I decided to offer people that don’t have the opportunity of travelling easy, a close approach to a place’s life, though a good image. These pics may affect a decision, or create the desire to a person to travel. I loved when they asked permission to use my pics for a real NY city guide. I feel now I can leave the sense of treating photography as a game and move to a professional stage. Besides, photography is like philosophy, instead of using words to define what you think, you use images, glimpses of reality itself, so you definitely need a good teacher to do so.
