A man pushes a cart in the rain past one of Kabul’s many wedding halls. 

The wedding halls are the largest buildings in the city, typically gaudy in design and lit up with colourful neon lights at night. They are a stark contrast to the general poverty of the surrounds and the grey of the dust-coated city.
