Hello, my name is Casey Gray and I am a freshly graduated high school student from Darwin, Australia.

In saying that I am currently having a gap year to work and travel before I head off to uni to study photography and design in Melbourne.

My goal for this year is to genuinely discover myself through photography and build up the skills I need for the future. However I believe that this experience would allow me to explore not only photography skills, but a different culture where I am able to develop friendships and memories that would last a lifetime.

This is the perfect opportunity to come out of my comfort zone and experiment with different types of photography. As a portrait photographer I usually set up the scene and create the story behind a photograph, though I would like to learn more about documenting a story that is already in the making.

I am an outgoing person that is willing to learn new things and put myself out there. This would be the perfect opportunity to kick off my gap year and also my aspiring photography career. Standing alongside and learning from such an experienced, passionate photographer would be an honour and I wouldn't pass up such an offer!
