My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Ambition, travel and success are three words to describe myself other than my passion for photography. I am constantly taking photos to improve my skills using people, objects and landscapes. I thrives on challenges and don't give up until I have completed them to the highest standard.
I would love this opportunity to go overseas and learn from a top photographer in this field. As much as I love weddings and portraits I want to go further in the industry and photograph the world how I see it- capturing the raw emotion of tribes in Africa and the history in Rome.
Being a friendly person, I am able to interact with many different people. Which I think is a very important aspect of being a photographer. You have to get people on your side to be able to work with them and make them feel comfortable but also to be able to work in their environment.
