Yeh, go on tell the world that I am new to this whole blog thing. Hopefully I will master this site before too long, I am keen to.
That tells you a bit about me doesnt it! Anyway, I am a 43yo teacher from Australia, who drops out of the day to day grind, to walk different parts of the planet, whenever I get a chance. I try to stay away from the big cities and popular tourist destinations. I plan trips and walk on my own and only with the necessities on my back - a real sense of freedom and a reminder to how little one needs to exist. I care about people and places, and walking gives me the time to off-load what is trivial and focus on the bigger picture.
