A lion sitting in the shade. We spent an entire day in the serengeti looking for lions and finally, just as we had turned around to leave, came apon this lion with is pride of 5 females and 3 cubs. Definately a highlight of the day!

The coolest thing we saw the entire trip! This is the cheetah that we had lunch with (see serengeti post). It had caught it only moments before we arrived!
