Hi! My name is Dolores Budinski and I'm applying my boyfriend Erwin for this scholarship. He would never do it himself since he is pretty modest about his photography. I am not sure if that is allowed, but I'm asking you, please, to consider him. I will tell you something about him and why should he get this scholarship.
First of all, he has got everything requested for this. He has been practising photography now for couple of years already, but only as his hobby, while dreaming some day he will become a professional photographer. He can not live without his camera, and always looking for a better equipment. His specialties are macro photography, landscapes and animals. He loves to travel, but since I'm from Croatia, and he is from Holland the only place he visited recently was Croatia. His dream is to become a travel photographer while taking pictures of animals, bugs, landscapes etc. I've been listening him for months now talking about visiting rainforests, Africa and all exotic places with plenty of material for his passion.
Two years ago he went on a roadtrip to Canada. That is where this photos were taken. He is in extremly good shape, there for it was no problem for him to climb and take this amazing photos. On his way he visited the area of Alberta, British Colombia and Vancouver island. He took this incredible photos of lake Morain, lake Louise, Peto lake etc. In my oppinion he is just waiting to be discovered, and has a great potential for becoming a great photographer what is exactly what this scholarship can offer him and what You are looking for.
