    After a fairly vertical section of hiking, and a bit of patience, the cloud cover finally lifted and we were treated to El Chalten's best view - the Fitzroy Range. Views[348] As a lover of horses, nature, and all things beautiful, I have a hard time describing how perfect this picture is to me. While hiking back from Upsala Glacier, a herd of wild horses suddenly thundered over a nearby ridge. Such is the nature of Patagonian Argentina - beautiful and free! Views[783] El Chalten provides you with a plethora of glaciers flowing from the giant Southern Patagonian Ice Field (Hielo Sur) that are within a day's hike. This tree frames a hiker looking and glaciers Adele and Grande. Views[407] Taken from atop a horse as we rode along Lago Argentino with the Andes in the distance. After the ride, I wasn't allowed to leave until I'd shared homemade bread and matte with the family organizing the rides Views[359] The picture was taken along the hike to Fitzroy in El Chalten. The cloud cover hung over the mountains and glaciers, hiding the view until later in the day. The water in the stream is clean glacier runoff and the most delicious you'll ever taste!
