Nurse by profession yet an outgoing, adventure seeking, traveling photographer by soul. I’ve always been passionate about photography and capturing special moments in time, a spectacular face or smile, amazing animal behavior, stunning scenery, or just having fun. Photography allows me to capture photos of people who have never seen their own face and I love watching their eyes light up when they see themselves for the first time. Pure joy! It also allows me to share travel experiences and magnificent animals with loved ones across the world.

I marvel at the earth’s beauty, spectacular wildlife and its vast cultural diversity. I’ll relish South Africa’s astounding atmosphere and culture, as there is no other place like the African Continent.
I challenge myself in all that I do striving to do my best! I love experimenting with various lenses, lighting and angles to capture a more exciting photo and have an overwhelming desire to have a successful career in photography and provide for my family.

I believe that luck and being in the right place at the right time is part of photography. However: I strongly believe skill, patience and endurance are key factors in capturing THE photo. I’m a quick learner and not afraid of hard work or long hours especially for the privilege of being mentored by an amazing professional photographer like Jason Edwards. I look forward to being mentored by him and am excited to acquire as much of his photography expertise as possible.

I’ll utilize this knowledge to capture images and share them with others who may or may not ever get the same opportunity. I would also love to provide education and awareness of the importance of all animals, cultures and the environment to others through photography.Thank you for this opportunity!
