So far it has been a whirlwind few days. We arrived in Beijing on the 15 and hit the ground running. So far, we have been to two temples, the forbidden city, the Ming tombs, the CCTV building, and the great wall. Favorite place was the great wall, it is beautiful out there and the wall has a zip line! There is a hostel at the wall, maybe a future trip hiking across the wall...
The food is super cheap out here, a good meal can be had for under 3 dollars easily.
