My Photo scholarship 2010 entry
Worldwide | Wednesday, September 1, 2010 | 4 photos
When I went to Japan (and Tokyo in particular), I was expecting robots and high paced living. Yet in the middle of the largest city in the world, nestled right in the middle, was this beautiful little garden. So tranquil and inviting that there is now a wear mark on my camera button from the continual clicking of my camera. I could not believe that in such a grand concrete jungle, there was a garden that could produce so much beauty and spirituality that even a complete novice in photography could take such beautiful photos. It was this beauty that inspired me to go to uni and study media, so I could travel all over the world to write and capture these beautiful moments, the ones that really take your breath away, the ones that inspire.
