I’m an adventurer, socio-environmental scientist, and storyteller. Photos tell the stories that must be told. They can drive the course of history. At 14, I taught myself medium-format B&W photography. Now my camera has been to 34 countries. I have mentored students around the globe for NG Student Expeditions, sharing my passion for adventure and learning while exposing them to the power of photography. Working with NG photographers on each trip, my ability and passion skyrocket. Being mentored by and working with Jason would be monumental.
Experiencing the rich traditions of Oman is a lifelong goal. I want to capture it and bring it to life for others around the world. With the estrangement between the US and other parts of the Middle East, this story is more important than ever.
I have the eye, technical skills, and ability to create that instant connection with subjects. I have a lasting curiosity about people, their environments, their past and future. I have extensive international and professional experience and am avid to learn more. I thrive in any challenging experience. I have a great story and I need to tell the stories that need to be told. Starting with Oman.
