My name is Gabriela, i'm 26 with a major in Social Communications Science. I've lived half of my life in Maryland, USA and the other half in Cochabamba, Bolivia. I speak both English and Spanish.
I would love to be a traveling photographer, seeing that the only things that make me genuinely LOVE LIFE is to help somebody in need, spending my time with family and friends, animals and ... (drumroll) SEEING NEW PLACES (meeting new people, getting to know a different culture, learning). I'm thankful I live to see something I couldn't imagine on my own. Photography is the best way to share it.
One image is worth more than a thousand words. Other people might think the best way to communicate is the written word, but for me it is all about an image.
I haven't studied photography yet. But I fought for an internship in Photography. My professor didn't believe it was "work" because anyone can take a picture. But not everyone can tell a story.. Since then, these Internships are an option in my university.
I should be chosen because I will make the best out of the trip, I am a fast learner, an easy going person and I will happily share my experiences. You'll know you made a great choice!
