The snaps show us the impecable beauty of Singapore

The first photograph is shot at the heart of Singapore, Boat Quay, at around 0800 hours. The snap covers the Esplanade, part of the Fullerton Hotel, Cavenagh Bridge and the Singapore River among other structures.

The second picture is shot from the Anderson Bridge, Singapore at 1800 hours. The snap showcases the mighty Singapore River. The skyscrapers of Singapore which happen to be the business hub of the country form a major part of the snap. The snap also shows the various restaurants of Boat Quay on the right side.

The third picture is shot at Labrador Park in Singapore. It was shot at 1700 hours. The snap shows the strong sun setting down with the ports at the other end of the snap. The sky and the sea give a beautiful blue colour to the snap.

The fourth picture is shot at the Bonsai Garden, Singapore, at 1300 hours. The picture discloses the various types of Bonsai.

The fifth picture is shot at the East Coast Park, Singapore, at 1600 hours. The snap shows a beautifully coloured sea creature which has just reached the shore.

Why I should be chosen.

I always wanted to be a photographer. But circumstances forced me into studying law. The desire to shoot the best moments and visuals of this world still kept burning in me. From the expression of a mother when she first sees her child to the leap of a Tiger chasing its prey. These are moments which I always wanted to capture. My best friend learnt about this scholarship and informed me. I thought this is my chance to learn all what i wanted to about .

I only know that photography is a tough art. I never got an opportunity to learn it. This scholarship would be of immense value to me if I am selected. Photography is my dream and this scholarship will help me realize my dreams.
