Corcovado National Park

A spider monkey snatches a wild banana while hanging upside down. All four species of Central American monkeys can be seen in Corcovado, which include the Howler Monkey, White-faced Capuchin and the rare Squirrel Monkey (or mono titi)

This sighting brings back great memories of my time in Corcovado. As I was taking this photograph, a group of around 30 mother and juvenile coati-mundis were foraging around my feet. Unfazed by my presence they continued their foraging while I continued to snap photographs.
