A different view of Florence

I was one of the first in line to get into Florence Cathedral and as any tourist i was ready with my camera to take photos. Don't get me wrong, i was amazed by the sheer size and beauty of it, but the first thing i did was taking a photo of people that stopped enjoying what they were there for in the first place. Technology has come between us, we stopped having nice memories and started having lots of pictures.

A street artist had enough of it and decided to have some fun with a man that just got out of the shoe store. He was taking a break from shopping and she saw an opportunity to have some fun. They didn't speak the same language but laughter feels and means the same all around the world.

Since i would rather walk then use public transport this overpass was my beginning and the end of the day in Florence for me.
Although this is an overpass just like any other going over the train station, i found it very peaceful and calming. While some people might find this place scary, (if you find yourself with a stranger and nowhere to run feeling), i was happy every time i saw it and knew it's a beginning of an new and exciting experience.
