Is it wrong of me to pretend I don't know there is a fee for bicycle parking, shrugging my shoulders until they give up asking? I think it is wrong to charge a bicycle parking fee. There are very few Absolutes in Life, but that Bicycling is the Godliest means of urban transportation is one of Them.
Some day I may translate The Monkey Wrench Gang into Chinese; but I shall nonetheless feign Chinese cluelessness when confronted with a bicycle parking fee.
