My name is Robert (Bobby),
My interest in photography began in 2010 on one of my overseas trips to Papua New Guinea to visit my relatives. I took many photos both on land and underwater using my Olympus (u tough) when over there. On returned home I shared those photos with many people. I received lots of positive comments and appreciations for my photos. That was very encouraging and rewarding experience for me.
In November of 2012 I went on a family holiday to Tasmania (Australia) and took many photos of historic sites including landscapes etc. In January this year 2013 bush fire ravaged and destroyed some parts of the areas I visited. Photos I took will be great memories of these parts.
I believe I am the best candidate for this scholarship because I have the drive and motivation to do so pursue my hobby and share with the world these experience. I am thrilled and excited to be Mr Edwards will definitely improve my skills and open doors to wonderful world of photography.
