My name is Blake Chalmers, and live in Sydney, Australia. I have wanted nothing more in life to be an a recognized wildlife Photographer. Getting close to animals, especially the more dangerous ones , makes me have a feeling inside like no other, sure i surf, snowboard and jump out of planes , but taking a good shot leaves me feeling a great accomplishment. I was lucky enough to take part in a small film school (The Wildlife Film Academy) at a reserve called The Enta Benny. The shots that i have posted are some of my favorites during my trip to South Africa. During my time there learning how to make wildlife documentaries, i knew this was my calling, the first one on the truck (5:30am) the last one off sometimes 9:30 10:00, i could of stayed out there forever. I have travelled all over the world, leaving South Africa was the only place i ever shed a tear. If i could only have the opportunity to go back to Africa with a professional photographer i would do anything that was expected of me and more. This is a dream of mine and i couldn't think of anything on this earth i would rather do ! So please consider me for this incredible opportunity. Thanks you very much for your time. All the best !
