Wanderlust Going forth into the big, wide world and setting it on fire.

Ok...maybe not that drastic.  But I will probably shed a few pounds for sure.  So, I admit, this isn't one of my more well thought out plans, at least in terms of the food.  Today, I arrived in Chiang Rai and now have to face the food issue.  How can food be an issue, you ask?  Thailand has great food!  Well, that may be true, but my thing is I'm not the adventurous sort when it comes to food. Generally, if I can't recognize it or it doesn't smell appealing to me, I won't eat it. Tie in my food allergies that I've had most of my life, not big on hot and spicy, and the new gluten-free thing... It's a down right mess.  But, we'll give it a try.  Friends, keep your fingers crossed for me!
