Driving across eastern CO yesterday was what I expected KS to be-flat. You could see for miles. All of the sudden the mountains show up in the distance-stunning.
We woke up this morning to sweatshirt cool temps. A great change from the sweltering heat of Georgia in the summer.
Pop Pop and Ethan are riding up over Continental Divide today. We're hoping for good weather for them.
Our cabin is cute and just what we wanted. We are puttering around in town today and maybe a scenic drive later-we'll see if we can face getting into the car again!
