We arrive at the Ramada in Hays KS after a looonnngggg day of driving. Noah spent all but 45 minutes watching movies. We get in to the hotel and he goes to the pool for about 15 minutes and is back watching a movie. Can you say "Detox"??
After being in 2 different cars today, Ethan and Rachel start annoying one another at once. I don't have any cold beer. Amma and Pop Pop go to Walmart to fix that situation!
Things I didn't know-Kansas has tons of hills! Except for passing through St. Louis-yuck-it was an absolutely beautiful day of driving. The green rolling hills and prairie went on for miles. We saw a huge wind farm that was almost hypnotic to watch. Ethan and I decided it was not a good thing to have on the side of the highway as it was so easy to get distracted.
He did NOT get to drive. He said geez mom there are what 2 cars anywhere in sight? I need highway experience!!
