A Trip In The Past

What do you do when you have a free day? Stay at home can be relaxing, but going somewhere is much more fascinating, and this is the thing I love to do.

The feeling of being free cannot be compared with nothing else. In this trip, that was in my mind. A friend of mine and I just took the train and went to a famous place in our country. It was just for a day, but it was enough to get me close to this feeling. The story behind these photos, I think, is about the people, who lived there, and their lifestyle. I always imagine it as a hard life, as if they are, somehow, in isolation from the rest of the world. This was not the story I was looking for, when I go to this trip, but this was the story, which I came back with.

It was one of my many journeys in my home country. This is one of the things I love to do - take some friends and go in the mountains for a few days. I do not think that I escape from daily problems this way. It makes me feel comfortable. When you are around the nature, you obey different rules. Every thing is so on its place. That is what I find in this hikes.

What about the contest? Mainly, it is a chance for me to tell a different story. May be it is a lot different compared to the last one I captured with my camera, but one thing should be the same - the life of the people build by either their own ideas, or the rules of the nature. I see it as an opportunity to show a real life situation with a little light in my camera.
