The Forest Law is applied in Jakarta

When I live in the capital city of Republic Indonesia, I see a terrible scene. The scenes, which I think, are abnormal and uncivilized; the beggar. It is an irony, in the middle of busy and luxurious atmospheres of Jakarta as if everybody never tired to look for raising life quality. I see many children singing a song in the main street at each corner of Jakarta, trying to survive and joining in enjoying of life raising that be produced from the cadge. Everyone will feel pity in the condition of Jakarta, and then the people will show their pity with giving them something. At the least, the beggar can feel the sweet of life.
Moreover, many of beggars are children. Children who must getting a good education, a good nutrient, and growing their mentality and physical development, but in reality, they have to “fight” in the streets of Jakarta. The situation mustn’t there in Jakarta, which is at the heart of Indonesian government.
After that, high luxurious buildings and expensive entertainments that built in the Jakarta corners, and also slum behind of them are the characteristic of metropolitan city, Jakarta. The terrible scenery, when many people feel a luxury happiness of the city entertainment, in another surrounding, there are people who feel a pity condition because of starving in their city.
Why it happens? because we never realize the incapacity of local government to guarantee their civil for getting the easy of accessing public facilities make a space to their civil into the impotence of life, and the cadge is to be life choice. In addition, the government is nothing to do to remove the irony. They only take care while looking for supporter to general election.
In short, when many people move from village to Jakarta with their expectations to raise life quality and getting happiness on building the family, actually those are not easy expectations. If somebody has not a special ability to “sell” in the city, they’ll lose.
