I arrived into the town with the sun at my back, and within minutes, the monsoon storm began. Three hours of torrential rain came beating down the town without mercy. The town was quiet but of the sound of the pounding rain. After the rain momentarily stopped, I decided to go for a quick walk around the town. Taking about five steps from my guest-house, these children came running up to me putting their palms together and in unison shouted, "NAMASTE!" Now that's what I call a welcome! It made my day.
