    Well, i just spend 30 minutes writing about it when the power crapped out and i lost it all... so, have a look at the photos and enjoy...

    The four weeks in the ashram were wonderful, life changing and filled my mind many dear memories.  I am now a Yoga Teacher and so happy for the experience.  The people were amazing, the teachers were beautiful and i could have done it for another 4 weeks.  WONDERFUL!

    hi there, i plan to take course in Apr 2009 as well with Sivananda. I saw your journal,interesting. Wondering when u did trek? during TTC course off day or after the course?

    Did u visit Himalaya?

    Go, do it! If you feel you need to go then the Guru is calling you, this is your path, dont ignore it.

    It will change your life for-ever. I have found a little bit of peace in my life at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, I will be back for sure if it is Gods will. I consider myself blessed to be able to the TTC Jan 09. I had the most inspirational teachers in the most beautiful environment!
