Cashew nut - how it grows on the tree from the Cashew Apple. They make an acoholic drink from the apple called 'Hurak', and the nut they make 'Feni'... both are like moonshine and get you full on pissed. At 60 pence a litre that alot of pissed indians... hehehe

The next day we took a trip to find beaches. This one is near 'Kola' beach and there was nobody on it. On the way to find the path we came across a mini sized old man wearing nothing but a loin cloth. His son turned up and with what little local language we could gather we were guided to the path to the beach. One the way we passed their feni still - almost as ancient as the old man!
