My name is Lou Ayreen Sulit, a student. I try to capture photos of things that captivates my liking. I never consider myself as a photographer, I don’t really want to be called a photographer since I never enrolled myself on photography school, it was all independent learning from articles on the internet and listening to the ones who are more experienced than I am. I admire photographers who capture the emotions of their subject, I guess that is my drive to take better shots. I don’t like my subjects posing for me, I want to be unseen as much as possible when taking a photo to capture the true emotion of a subject. I was never part of a photography group, I take photos when I’m only invited by my brothers or friends to watch an event so I feel like I never learn a lot because of the lack of my interaction with photographers. I don’t really want to be praised if ever chosen to be a photography scholar. I would be humbled and still continue posting my pictures on the internet to improve myself because photography is my passion, it might be a living for others but I just want to live the moment. Moments that I know will be gone forever but captured and cherished forever.
