My Scholarship entry - The Unknown

I am a college student whom quit his job 9 months ago to take a step of faith in the direction of my passion. I enjoy videography/photography. I have a visions of traveling the world and capturing a story from every avenue of life I encounter. I feel its important to be well rounded as a person, to know the flip side of the things we consider "The Unknown". I want to set an example for the people in my neighborhood that are less fortunate that don't know anything other than their home. I want to bring the world to those who don't have the opportunity venture away from home. Im Young and Eager to live. I want to help be someone's outlet when they want to get away, I believe its possible. The thought of possibly traveling the world sends chills down my spine because who'd ever think you'd ever set foot on the same ground you'd read about in text books and novels. This opportunity is bigger than myself, there is a greater good that can come out of this. That greater good is inspiring others to live and not be confined within their temporary limitations. All you have to do is believe and anything is possible. So i'd really be honored leaving my comfort zone and entering "The Unknown".
