Wheels Roll, Lives Move

A 'place' I have visited

Dhampur is a small town in Uttar Pradesh, India. Traveled from a coastal city in Tanzania, I never expected something that is more laidback. The township’s red brick houses and concrete houses give you a glimpse of the usual feel of this small Indian town. This modest and down to earth locality shows you “wheels” weave daily interactions. Bicycles, motorcycles, buses, scooters, buffalo or horse drawn carriage make the day roll out.
