This is Josh, the shepherd in this goats farm. He is the first shepherd I've ever met in my life time. I was born and raised in city so I never had a chance to live with a real shepherd. And I am always keen to meet one of these intelligent canidae. His excellent skills of handling the goats are always surprised me. For me he is very unique.

In order to make the best cheese, they treat their goats very well. They take the goats out to picnic everyday, they eat grains, fruits, minerals, seaweed(very expensive), vitamin, they drink fresh rain water(like human) with Italian herbs and rose hips. That's why the goats rarely sick. And the two persons behind are actually not their worker, they/re Wwoofers(willing worker on organic farm), we work for them to exchange our own food and accommodation.

These are all Wwoofers who used to live in their farm. To exchange our food and housing we need to help them making cheese as well. Sometimes it's a very hard work cause we all need to get up at midnight to make cheese or spend 12 hours in cheese room to get everything done. We work very hard to help them and they also treat us very generous.
